Coconut Curry Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb frozen meatballs
1 can coconut milk
2 tablespoons red curry paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
- Add meatballs to the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Pour over meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve over jasmine rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
