½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
