I don’t know why it took me so long to put a fall spin on a Moscow mule, but once I tried this cranberry version, I was hooked. The cranberry juice gives the classic cocktail a fruity twist without overpowering the ginger beer and lime.
Jump to RecipeWhat I love most is how festive it looks with those fresh cranberries and rosemary sprig – it’s like a holiday drink you actually want to sip. It’s light and refreshing, but still feels cozy enough for Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving.
Bonus points: It’s ridiculously easy. No syrups or muddling or anything fancy. Just pour, stir, and sip. This is one of those cocktails you’ll find yourself making long after the holidays are over.
