  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  • Spread salsa over the chicken breasts, then top with dollops of cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
