Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Spread salsa over the chicken breasts, then top with dollops of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and cheese is melted.
