Crockpot BBQ Peach Pulled Pork

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs boneless pork shoulder or pork butt
1/2 cup peach preserves or jam
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sandwich buns or lettuce leaves, for serving
Optional: red onion and slaw for topping
Directions
- Place pork in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, mix peach preserves, BBQ sauce, and vinegar. Pour over pork.
- Cook on low for 8–9 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until fork-tender.
- Shred pork and mix with the sauce. Serve as sandwiches or lettuce wraps.
