Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs boneless pork shoulder or pork butt

  • 1/2 cup peach preserves or jam

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Sandwich buns or lettuce leaves, for serving

  • Optional: red onion and slaw for topping

Directions

  • Place pork in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a bowl, mix peach preserves, BBQ sauce, and vinegar. Pour over pork.
  • Cook on low for 8–9 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until fork-tender.
  • Shred pork and mix with the sauce. Serve as sandwiches or lettuce wraps.
