Crockpot Cuban Mojo Pork Bowls

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooked rice, for serving
Optional toppings: black beans, avocado, mango, cilantro
Directions
- Place pork in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
- Shred pork and return it to the juices.
- Serve in bowls with rice and toppings.
