Crockpot Cuban Mojo Pork Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless pork shoulder

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Cooked rice, for serving

  • Optional toppings: black beans, avocado, mango, cilantro

Directions

  • Place pork in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4–5 hours.
  • Shred pork and return it to the juices.
  • Serve in bowls with rice and toppings.
