4 bone-in pork chops (¾ to 1 inch thick)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Pat the pork chops dry, then rub with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.
- Lay the seasoned pork chops in a single layer inside your crockpot.
- In a small bowl, stir together BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth.
- Cover the pork chops completely with the sauce. Use a spoon to coat evenly if needed.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until fork-tender.
