Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the pork is tender.
- For a thicker glaze, remove the pork chops and transfer the sauce to a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Spoon the glaze over the pork chops before serving.
Notes
- Pair these pork chops with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple side salad for a complete meal.
