Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, carrots)
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup corn
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
