1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
3 cups egg noodles, cooked
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh thyme or parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional, as per suggestion 1)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (suggestion 4)
A pinch of red pepper flakes (suggestion 6)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
