Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan, divided

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Heat the oven to 375°F. Squeeze the thawed spinach in a clean kitchen towel until no more water drips out. This keeps the dip from turning watery.
  • Stir the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic in a bowl until smooth.
  • Fold in the spinach, artichokes, 1 cup of the mozzarella, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, the red pepper flakes and the black pepper.
  • Spread it in a 2 quart baking dish. Top with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbling. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes to brown the top, watching closely. Let it cool for 5 minutes and serve.
