  • 1 cup uncooked rice

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
