Spicy Fish Tacos with Jalapeño Lime Crema

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Tortillas and shredded lettuce or slaw

Instructions:

  1. Rub fish with oil and seasonings. Cook in skillet over medium heat until flaky, 3–4 minutes per side.
