Spicy Fish Tacos with Jalapeño Lime Crema

Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish (tilapia, cod, or haddock)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- Salt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeño, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Tortillas and shredded lettuce or slaw
Instructions:
- Rub fish with oil and seasonings. Cook in skillet over medium heat until flaky, 3–4 minutes per side.
- Blend sour cream, jalapeño, and lime juice for crema.
- Warm tortillas and fill with fish, slaw or lettuce, and crema.
Tip: Want less spice? Use half a jalapeño and swap cayenne for smoked paprika.
