Fish Taco Bowl (Taco Fixings Over Rice or Quinoa)

Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish (like tilapia or cod)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo or salsa
- Lime wedges, cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
- Season fish with taco seasoning and cook in a skillet until flaky, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, layer rice or quinoa, slaw, and cooked fish.
- Top with avocado, salsa, and optional lime and cilantro.
