Cajun Fish Tacos with Pickled Okra and Remoulade

Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon relish or chopped pickles
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Sliced pickled okra
- 8 tortillas
Instructions:
- Rub fish with oil and Cajun seasoning, then cook until golden and flaky.
- Stir together mayo, mustard, relish, hot sauce, and lemon juice for remoulade.
- Warm tortillas, fill with fish, spoon on remoulade, and top with okra slices.
Tip: You can sub pickled okra with regular pickles or even banana peppers.
