Sushi-Inspired Fish Tacos with Wasabi Slaw and Avocado

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ahi-style tuna or white fish
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups cabbage slaw
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste (or to taste)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions:
- Sear tuna (or cook fish) with soy sauce and sesame oil in a hot skillet, 1–2 minutes per side.
- Mix slaw, vinegar, and wasabi paste to taste.
- Layer tortillas with seared fish, avocado slices, and wasabi slaw.
Tip: Not into wasabi? Use a ginger sesame dressing instead.
