Fish & Chips Tacos with Malt Vinegar Aioli

Ingredients:
- 1 lb breaded fish fillets (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup crushed kettle chips
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Shredded lettuce
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions:
- Bake or air fry fish according to package instructions.
- Mix mayo, vinegar, and mustard for aioli.
- Warm tortillas, then layer fish, lettuce, crushed chips, and aioli.
