Mediterranean Fish Tacos with Hummus and Cucumber Sla

Ingredients:
- 1 lb cod or tilapia
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cucumber, finely diced
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Chopped parsley
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions:
- Season and cook fish in skillet until flaky.
- Stir cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, and parsley together.
- Spread hummus on tortillas, then top with fish and cucumber slaw.
Tip: Add crumbled feta if you want extra richness.
