Fish Tacos with Elote-Style Corn Topping

Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cotija or feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (for topping)
- 8 tortillas
Instructions:
- Cook fish seasoned with oil and chili powder until flaky.
- In a bowl, mix corn, mayo, sour cream, lime, and cheese.
- Warm tortillas and top with fish and corn mixture. Dust with extra chili powder.
