Tandoori-Spiced Fish Tacos with Mint Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 lb white fish
- 1 tablespoon tandoori spice blend (or curry powder)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- Shredded lettuce or cabbage
- 8 tortillas
Instructions:
- Rub fish with oil and tandoori spice. Cook in skillet until done.
- Stir yogurt, mint, and lime juice together.
- Load tortillas with fish, lettuce, and a drizzle of mint yogurt.
Tip: These pair surprisingly well with naan-style tortillas too.
