Air Fryer Halibut Tacos with Spicy Mango Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 lb halibut, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups bagged slaw mix
- 1/2 cup diced mango (fresh or frozen/thawed)
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions:
- Toss halibut in olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and flaky.
- Mix slaw mix, mango, mayo, lime juice, and hot sauce for slaw.
- Warm tortillas and layer fish and mango slaw.
Tip: No air fryer? Bake at 425°F for about 12–15 minutes instead.
