Air Fryer Halibut Tacos with Spicy Mango Slaw

  • 1 lb halibut, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups bagged slaw mix
  • 1/2 cup diced mango (fresh or frozen/thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 8 small tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Toss halibut in olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and flaky.
  3. Mix slaw mix, mango, mayo, lime juice, and hot sauce for slaw.

Tip: No air fryer? Bake at 425°F for about 12–15 minutes instead.
