Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 bottle Hawaiian-style BBQ sauce (or regular BBQ + 1/4 cup pineapple juice)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Sandwich buns, for serving
Optional: coleslaw mix for topping
Directions
- Add chicken, BBQ sauce, pineapple, onion, and soy sauce to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir to coat with sauce.
- Serve on buns with optional slaw.
