
Hot Honey Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1 cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
Directions
- Combine honey and hot sauce to create a marinade. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat in the marinade.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve over cooked quinoa.
- Mix yogurt with chopped fresh mint to create a mint yogurt dressing.
- Top the bowl with cucumber slices and drizzle with mint yogurt dressing.
