Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 small cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, julienned
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups rice or cauliflower rice, cooked
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for another minute.
- Add shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and mix everything well.
- Serve the pork and vegetable mixture over cooked rice or low-carb cauliflower rice for a lighter option.
