Instant Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cups beef broth
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
- Set Instant Pot to sauté. Add oil and ground beef; cook until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms and sauté 2 more minutes.
- Add broth, Worcestershire, and noodles. Stir to submerge noodles.
- Seal lid and set to “Pressure Cook”on High for 5 minutes.
- Quick release pressure. Stir in sour cream, season to taste.
- Let rest 5 minutes to thicken slightly. Serve garnished with parsley.
