Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Set Instant Pot to sauté. Add oil and ground beef; cook until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in mushrooms and sauté 2 more minutes.
  • Add broth, Worcestershire, and noodles. Stir to submerge noodles.
  • Seal lid and set to “Pressure Cook”on High for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure. Stir in sour cream, season to taste.
  • Let rest 5 minutes to thicken slightly. Serve garnished with parsley.
