Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
