Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  • Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
