  • 1 lb thinly sliced sirloin or shaved beef

  • 2 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp erythritol (optional for sweetness)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

  • Butter lettuce or romaine leaves

  • Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix tamari, sesame oil, vinegar, sweetener, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add beef, stir to coat, and let marinate 10–15 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
