Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced sirloin or shaved beef
2 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp erythritol (optional for sweetness)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Butter lettuce or romaine leaves
Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix tamari, sesame oil, vinegar, sweetener, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add beef, stir to coat, and let marinate 10–15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot in lettuce leaves. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
