  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cauliflower rice, cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
