Keto Chili Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
¾ cup diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained)
2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
