Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef

  • ¾ cup diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained)

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
