Keto Dill Pickle Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
½ cup chopped cooked bacon
½ cup chopped dill pickles
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: mustard drizzle for topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and bacon. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in mayonnaise and pickles. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Drizzle with mustard if desired.
