Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef

  • ½ cup chopped cooked bacon

  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: mustard drizzle for topping

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and bacon. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Stir in mayonnaise and pickles. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Drizzle with mustard if desired.
