Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork or ground chicken
4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in coleslaw mix and soy sauce. Cook for 7–8 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
- Garnish each bowl with green onion, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
