  • 2 lbs ground pork or ground chicken

  • 4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Stir in coleslaw mix and soy sauce. Cook for 7–8 minutes, until cabbage is tender.
  • Garnish each bowl with green onion, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
