Keto Meatballs in Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground beef, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Shape into meatballs.
- Bake for 15 minutes until browned.
- In a skillet, heat heavy cream and minced garlic until simmering.
- Add meatballs, top with mozzarella, and simmer for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
