Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar-free marinara sauce

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 40 –48 slices pepperoni

  • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage

  • ½ cup chopped green peppers

  • ½ cup chopped mushrooms

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Use 4 small oven-safe bowls or ramekins (about 10-12 ounce bowls).
  • In each bowl, layer ¼ cup marinara, ¼ cup sausage, and ¼ cup mozzarella.
  • Add mushrooms and peppers. Top with ¼ cup marinara and another ½ cup mozzarella.
  • Add 10–12 slices of pepperoni, 1 tbsp Parmesan, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
