Ingredients
2 cups sugar-free marinara sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
40 –48 slices pepperoni
1 cup cooked Italian sausage
½ cup chopped green peppers
½ cup chopped mushrooms
¼ cup grated Parmesan
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Use 4 small oven-safe bowls or ramekins (about 10-12 ounce bowls).
- In each bowl, layer ¼ cup marinara, ¼ cup sausage, and ¼ cup mozzarella.
- Add mushrooms and peppers. Top with ¼ cup marinara and another ½ cup mozzarella.
- Add 10–12 slices of pepperoni, 1 tbsp Parmesan, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
