Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Brown ground beef with onion over medium heat. Drain grease.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, mustard, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
