Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef

  • ½ cup sugar-free ketchup

  • 2 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: chopped pickles for topping

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and onion powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Spread mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with chopped pickles if desired.
