Ingredients
1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 cups rice, cooked
Kimchi and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook beef slices until just cooked through.
- Serve beef over rice, garnished with kimchi and sesame seeds.
