Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

  • 2 cups rice, cooked

  • Kimchi and sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Marinate beef slices in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a grill pan over high heat and cook beef slices until just cooked through.
  • Serve beef over rice, garnished with kimchi and sesame seeds.
