One night I made spaghetti for dinner and realized we were out of our usual garlic bread. So I grabbed some hot dog buns, threw them in the air fryer with a little garlic butter, and called it good. A few minutes later, I look over and see my son stuffing his spaghetti right into the bun—and just like that, Max’s Spaghetti Sandwiches were born. It’s messy, cheesy, and kind of genius. Now it’s a go-to in our house anytime we have leftover pasta (or just want to make dinner more fun)
