Ingredients
1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cups marinara sauce
20 frozen meatballs, cooked
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brush Italian bread slices with melted butter and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta (or cream cheese) with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Arrange toasted bread slices in a greased baking dish. Spread ricotta mixture over the top.
- Pour marinara sauce over the bread and top with cooked meatballs.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
