Mexican-Style Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb frozen meatballs
1 jar salsa (mild or spicy)
1/2 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for serving)
Directions
- Add meatballs to the crockpot.
- Pour salsa and beef broth over meatballs. Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese before serving. Serve with rice or tortillas.
