Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen meatballs

  • 1 jar salsa (mild or spicy)

  • 1/2 cup beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for serving)

Directions

  • Add meatballs to the crockpot.
  • Pour salsa and beef broth over meatballs. Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese before serving. Serve with rice or tortillas.
