If there’s one combo I always look forward to after Thanksgiving, it’s turkey and cranberry sauce. These mini melts are my go-to way to use those flavors, but in a bite-sized, snacky kind of way.
Jump to RecipeThe melty cheese, slightly tangy cranberry, and warm rolls all work together to make a slider that tastes like comfort food but doesn’t take a ton of effort. You just layer everything up and pop them in the oven.
They’re great for Friendsgiving spreads or for snacking while watching football. And because they reheat well, you can totally make them ahead. Honestly, they’re so tasty you might just start making them even when it’s not turkey season.
