Moroccan-Spiced Lamb and Couscous Bowl

Ingredients
1 pound lamb, cubed
2 tablespoons Moroccan spice blend (e.g., cumin, coriander, cinnamon)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup couscous, cooked
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
- Toss lamb with Moroccan spices. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté lamb until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare couscous according to package directions; fluff and blend with apricots and almonds.
- Serve lamb over couscous, garnished with more almonds if desired.
