Greek Baked Salmon with Feta & Olives

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place salmon in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top with feta, olives, and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until salmon is flaky and toppings are slightly roasted.
