Soy Ginger Marinated Baked Salmon

Letting the salmon sit in this quick marinade makes it extra juicy and packed with umami flavor. A little planning ahead goes a long way here.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place salmon in a shallow dish or bag and pour marinade over. Let sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove salmon from marinade and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until cooked through.
