Crispy Parmesan Crusted Salmon

This is the one for people who usually say “I don’t like salmon.” The cheesy, crispy topping turns it into comfort food you’ll actually crave.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pat salmon dry and place on the baking sheet. Press the Parmesan mixture on top.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes until the topping is golden and salmon is cooked through.
