Baked Teriyaki Salmon with Broccoli

A takeout-style favorite that bakes all on one sheet pan. It’s sweet, savory, and comes with built-in veggies—no stir-frying required.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place salmon on one side of a lined baking sheet. Brush with teriyaki sauce mixed with sesame oil and ginger.
- Toss broccoli with a little oil and spread on the other side.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until salmon is cooked and broccoli is roasted.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
