Chili Lime Salmon with Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss sweet potatoes with half the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin.
- Add salmon to the baking sheet with sweet potatoes. Brush with the chili lime mixture.
- Bake everything for 12–15 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
