Honey Sriracha Oven Salmon

This sweet and spicy combo is a game-changer if you like a little heat. It’s bold, sticky, and works great with rice or roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment. Brush generously with the sauce.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes. Optionally broil for the last 1–2 minutes to caramelize the top.
