Ingredients
6 slices sandwich bread
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp jelly or jam
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (optional)
Directions
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
- Spread peanut butter on one side and jelly on the other. Roll up tightly.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture and cook in the skillet, turning until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (optional) and serve warm.
