Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ahi tuna, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 cup rice, cooked

  • Seaweed salad and sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  • Season the ahi tuna steak with salt and pepper.
