Ingredients
1/2 pound ahi tuna, cubed
2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 avocado, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup rice, cooked
Seaweed salad and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- Season the ahi tuna steak with salt and pepper.

- Arrange cooked rice in a bowl. Top with sliced tuna, avocado, and cucumber.
- Drizzle the soy-sesame dressing over the top.
- Garnish with seaweed salad and sesame seeds.
