Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or flank steak, sliced thin

  • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil

  • 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, 3–4 minutes. Remove from pan.
  • Add peppers and onion. Sauté until tender-crisp.
  • Return steak to pan, add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Cook 2–3 more minutes, stirring to combine.
  • Serve hot, optionally with cauliflower rice.
